Services
Initial Consultation
An initial meeting usually lasts an hour or two to discuss your individual needs. Typically, this conversation allows us to share information, determine the scope of work and understand next best steps. This meeting is integral in cultivating the client/designer relationship.
Site Analysis
Creating a detailed inventory and analysis of the existing conditions, observing internal and external influences, taking accurate measurements, recording all relevant data that will influence the overall design and functionality of the space.
Brainstorming
Taking all the information from the initial consultation and the site analysis, this phase begins the creative, intuitive process of envisioning, hand sketching and researching all the possible solutions to the site. This is an opportunity to prioritize and refine all the possibilities.
Presentation
Utilizing the data, client preferences and natural site conditions, normally one to two schematic designs will emerge. The conceptual designs and supporting materials will be provided to the client for consideration, feedback and whatever revisions are necessary.
Construction and Design Documents
Taking the vision and making it happen. Making the final selections, developing detailed drawings, reviewing the work, putting the work out to bid, sequencing and how it will be accomplished, coordinating with contractors and vendors, site visits, and filing for permits as necessary.

Ordering and Installation
Once all aspects of the work have been determined, specifying the materials, finishes and determining the supplies necessary to complete the project will need to be coordinated and ordered. During the phases of construction, it is imperative to ensure that the integrity of the design, materials and process are held to the highest standards. Regular on-site visits, and overseeing installation of all the finishing touches will ensure the client is delighted with the final result.
